A no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
Any reduction in the number of rooms at the time of check-in will still be charged in full.
Cancellation/modifications before seven clear days from the date of arrival: 80% of the Total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation/modifications between 4-6 days from the date of arrival: 50 % of the Total booking amount will be refunded.
No refund if the Cancellation/modification intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival.
In case of online money transfer transaction charges/bank charges will not be refunded.
During season time 50% refund on total amount on Cancellation/modification before 1-week clear days from the date of arrival after than No show No refund.
As per the rules of the hotel, the standard check in time is 12.00 Noon Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
